CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Social interaction. I hate unnecessary conversation with anybody unless it's someone whom I feel comfortable with. But at the same time I don't want to be that weird loner.

Fear of failure. Not in a worldly sense but rather that I won't be able to be "mom AND dad" to my kids, that I won't have enough money to provide what they deserve or even what they need, that I won't be there for them when they need me because I am at work or having a personal crisis after having a stressful night at work.

Trying to play the capitalism game while remembering that having nice clothes and knowing how to make small talk doesn't make me a better person than anyone else. It's tough because you have to sell yourself and seem impressive while trying to stay humble internally.

Quasi-misogyny. I don't trust women and I avoid them.
Celibacy. I'm militant about it. I detest sex.
Self loathing. I'll mouth off to anyone and not care because no matter how badly someone dislikes me, it pales in comparison to how much I absolutely abhor myself and my own existence.
Laziness. I can do things if I must, but I just don't see what's in it for me to do them.
Food. I've gained nearly 80 pounds in the last year. I'm fat and I don't care.
