Okay, I didn't read the replies so I don't know what advice others have given you, but heres what I can offer.
First of all, your weight to me means nothing. It totally depends on your body size. Your body will naturally lose and gain weight to a degree, but will usually hover around the weight it was intended to be. If you mess with that you could get sick.
But if you are not interested in the health aspect, this is the fast way to lose weight without putting yourself in a coma (Im a professional model, trust me on this one).
First, take a jog every morning, and in the evening if you can, too. Wear sweat and put a towel around your neck.
Stop eating sweets. THIS MEANS SODA TOO. No diet coke, either. Sweet and carbonation makes you fat PERIOD.
ALWAYS eat breakfast, and as much fiber as you can. Add an apple, a slice of whole-grain toast, a bowl of NON SUGAR cereal
If you skip breakfast, your body goes into emergency mode, storing as many calories as it can in a one-day period. If you eat breakfast, your body relaxes and burns the calories because it assumes it will get the same for the rest of the day.
Do not eat after 9 at night. If you can, dont eat dinner at all.
Eat as many meats and vegetables as you can, and avoid things like potatoes, white bread, and fried foods and eggs.
If you really stick to it, you will notice the changes significantly within two weeks.
You could always calorie count, too.
Most peoples reason for not losing weight is snacking or rewards. Like saying oh, Ive been so good the past few days, I can have just one bite of candy bar.
Dont indulge.
Dont binge.
Take control of your willpower! (LOL) catch phrase there for you, But its the truth.
