Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

First you need to stop stressing about it. :) It's not terribly uncommon for people to stall out when losing weight for a few weeks. Take a look at what you've been eating for the last few weeks...and be honest! I can't tell you how many times I'll try to figure what I ate during the day and forgot to count that 1 coke or a handful of M&M's. Also, have you stopped exercising? Are you measuring yourself or just watching the scale? Some people will lose inches but the scale shows the same weight, within 1-4 lbs.

Okay, I didn't read the replies so I don't know what advice others have given you, but here’s what I can offer.
First of all, your weight to me means nothing. It totally depends on your body size. Your body will naturally lose and gain weight to a degree, but will usually hover around the weight it was intended to be. If you mess with that you could get sick.
But if you are not interested in the health aspect, this is the fast way to lose weight without putting yourself in a coma (I’m a professional model, trust me on this one).

First, take a jog every morning, and in the evening if you can, too. Wear sweat and put a towel around your neck.
Stop eating sweets. THIS MEANS SODA TOO. No diet coke, either. Sweet and carbonation makes you fat PERIOD.
ALWAYS eat breakfast, and as much fiber as you can. Add an apple, a slice of whole-grain toast, a bowl of NON SUGAR cereal
If you skip breakfast, your body goes into emergency mode, storing as many calories as it can in a one-day period. If you eat breakfast, your body relaxes and burns the calories because it assumes it will get the same for the rest of the day.
Do not eat after 9 at night. If you can, don’t eat dinner at all.
Eat as many meats and vegetables as you can, and avoid things like potatoes, white bread, and fried foods and eggs.
If you really stick to it, you will notice the changes significantly within two weeks.

You could always calorie count, too.

Most people’s reason for not losing weight is ‘snacking’ or ‘rewards’. Like saying ‘oh, I’ve been so good the past few days, I can have just one bite of candy bar’.
Don’t indulge.
Don’t binge.

Take control of your willpower! (LOL) catch phrase there for you, But it’s the truth.

Important point!


It takes 20 minutes of continuous excersize for your body to start burining fat.

5 or ten minutes of any excersize will build muscle, but won't burn fat.

Jog for 20 minutes before excersizing and you'll see results faster. :clap:

Yes, I am still exercising, 3 miles a day, I lift weights for 10 minutes every other day. I'll check my waist, thanks.
Sorry not long enough, increase this time. Also, try eatting a little more food! To many people that diet just cut cals, not necessarly a good thing. Just eat the right food at the right time.

If you give me your age, and height I would be able to help you out some more.
