I wasn't aware that allowing election laws to be overturned and loosened to the point that no real identification is needed in order to vote, mass mail in ballots for people who don't need them, and allowing plenty of other irregularities to take place without question was the right thing to do.

Seems to be going that way. If the current admin gets to redesign the Supreme Court to their liking, adding a bunch of new judges that will sway the court to the far Left for every decision for generations to come, the bananafication of the republic will be complete.

I am new here and I am not even American but I would like to say a few things because something like that occurs in Europe with all those far right parties that are taking authority in various European countries one after the other. All those people who vote for extreme right parties are not always far right exteremists. In reality most of the them vote for such ideologies just as a reaction to the old parties that have disapointed them with their policies. And it is not always about economy. A significant part of European communities are opposed to policies concerning illegal immigration, gay ideology, abortions, and why not neo-liberalism etc. We may call these people conservatives but not extremists. There is a very aggressive policy from all over European governments to spread such ideologies by just ignoring the people who do not believe them. Example, in my country the majority of people do not consider homosexuals as normal people. But the government in agreement with other oppositon parties have voted for marriage of such people and the right to adopt children. All that occured last year. And all the press are for them which gives the impression that my people are for such ideologies. But in reality the majority is against such things. So there is huge problem with Democracy in Europe. Also immigratin is another thing that causes problems in Europe. Because it is not about just a few peole who try to flee the horrible conditions in their country but they are hundreds of thousands and milions who come to Europe every year. Who alter the ethnological compositions of the European nations. On top of that most of immigrants who are muslims from Asia and Africa never assimilate to the European culture and they form getos in the countries where they end. The experience about that in counties like England, France, Germany and even Scandinavean countries where people are considered very liberal have shown huge problems in embodying these people in our societies. And these people are very volnerable to exteremism. Another problem is the wellfare system in Europe. Right or wrong there is always a tendency towards the left in Europe. The neo-liberal policies which are applied in many countiries, maybe to all but Scandinavia, are opposed by all here. We have ended in poverty for a significant part of Europe. They are not welcomed here. Europeans are used to another type of economy and want to stay there.
So the problem is not Trump or far right extermists. Sorry for Trump supporters, I do not know anything about Trump, just what I read in newspaprs. The problem is called Cancelling the Democracy where the authority who is supposed to represent the people who voted for them do things against their will. And as long the governments do not have "ears to listen" but try to spread their woke agenda no mtter what those problems will become bigger and more and more people will seek shelter in the far right region.

Firstly it is not about Trump but about people who lean towards "extreme" ideologies and persons, and I am trying to find out why people approve such ideologies.
Secondly my comment is not about the US, I am not American, but European. Europe seems to go under a similar situation. I also do not wish to insult Trump supporters as I don't know much about Trump but only what I read in newspapers, which in Europe do not write a good word for Trump.
