There is a form of sexual exploitation that is becoming increasingly common, or at least more reported.

Stealthing is the practice of men fooling women into having consensual sex with contraception when in fact they have deliberately punctured pin holes into the condom, or they then remove the condom during the sex act. These men then brag about it online or to their friends.

Women feel deeply violated, they are exposed to possible pregnancy and STD's, and are wondering if this is a form of rape.

What do you think? Is this a form of rape since it involves lack of consent? Is it a crime? If not, should it be a crime? What can be done about it?

I'm glad I never heard of this before.
Wish I could go back in time and not hear about now.

I don't know if I would call it rape, but certainly a violation of some kind.

As far as an easy solution...don't have sex with people you don't know.

Pray that people stop having sex outside of marriage. Otherwise, if proof is available, report it. It would be up to the local district attorney, or a judge in a civil case.

We're lost in a jungle of wide-open sex, living x-rated lives. I've reported posts here CF which are amoral. Maybe you only find out after you click on a link provided in their the OP.

Rape? Probably wouldn't get a conviction or even arrest out of that it seems like because it was "consensual." Devious, twisted, immoral, depraved, barbaric, and on and on? Absolutely.

Yes, this should be a crime.

Probably not, but I think the op is looking for laws to be added to the books, and as much as I just want to say, "Play with fire and you get burned"... for the world, and actually even the occasional Christian, it should be a crime.

It's not rape, but I'm, sure some lawyer can come up with a term that covers it.

It's actually a breech of contract by premeditated breech of condom.

Nor am I, and there's really no telling what they might do with this one.

Because the OP wants the discussion held between Christians and it's not a current news event.

From a Christian point of view, it's certainly evil.

But then again, the extra-marital sex act was already an evil. So from a Christian point of view, it's no surprise that what starts evil leads to more evil.

...God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil

Actually it is a current news event. And we as a society have to decide how to deal with it, especially legally, as it is without precedent. After uploading this post, I found yet another artical on it, which called it "Adjacent-Rape."

Its shows how much a man is willing to disrespect a woman since rape is illegal.

Also off topic but there is a lot of rape going on in college unreported. especially in college towns where all there is to do is party and go to class.

Well, it hasn't been on Fox or CNN this week, but if you are in agreement that you placed the topic in the wrong forum, okay.

I'm trying to defend your posting this topic in this forum in the first place, but you're arguing that you were wrong and should have posted it elsewhere.
