Staff Reunion thread

I hope to return to Christian Forums in the near future to serve this wonderful community we formed back in 2002, from a community called The King's Tavern that I founded with Angel Amidala, OnceWasLost, ZoneChaos, and tons more, a community itself which actually had its origins from a long-retired 1998 forum called the Left Behind Message Board forum back when that series was popular. This means the Christian Forums community is really 16 years old. Wow. A reunion is certainly overdue, I'm sure. Thanks Tish for putting it together!

I remember reading through all the old (old) CR threads and Support threads and seeing your name, Josephus! It is cool to see you come back. It must be really different now than it was for you back in the beginning. Heck, it is different for me from back when I joined 10 years ago. It would have been cool being in on the origins of it, though.

Yeah I am still amazed how few of those i knew here from my old account (2005-2008), i spot a name here and there i remember (mostly from staff).

CF and I have both changed a lot on those 9 years to be certain.

Indeed, I knew I'd seen the name somewhere... Back when I was poking around every archive I could find. You helped create something you should be immensely proud of, for all the faults and issues that occur sometimes, it's a place where hundreds find community.

Yes of course I remember! But no I'm not a trainer. I'm not on staff anymore. I had some major events occur in real life that needed all my focus. Hope all is well with you.

Hi all. All is good here. I am now living in a lovely house with my daughter. My All and I have been together nearly 11 years now. I have been promoted, nearly finished getting qualified as an Account Technician and I am very happy. My daughter is now 15 and is currently on a Service Trip to a remote part of Romania to hlp teach Roma children who have little or no education.

All is good in Tawny world x
