Nope. Up until that point anyone who converted had to be circumcised. After the Jerusalem Council circumcision was not a requirement, there was nothing like that before. The Church is not limited to a book but goes forward with the Holy Spirit

I have no idea, but many wanted converts to be and he argued against it. The only one that could decide was the Church through a Council and that is what happened

We don't bring Fred Phepls up all the time when talking about the Bible alone because it doesn't have anything to do with you all. Mormons and JW have nothing to do with over half of Christianity who are liturgical and accept Tradition.

Because of the Council of the Church, otherwise we would have to be.
