LOL We used VNC on some of the older computers before we started converting all the sites to Terminal Services. It was so much fun to shadow someone's session and mess with them. Essentially, you have their desktop on your screen and can see whatever they are doing and your mouse controls their pointer.
Soooooo....you wait till they are clicking and move the mouse just a bit before they click and watch them jiggle the pointer a bit to get it straightened out. I know, it's an abuse of power but it sure is fun.
