I wasn't talking about the chocolate ones though...Well, you'll never guess what I bought today for the first time in 2 years....Smarties. I was disappointed that here in Canada, we too no longer have blue Smarties. However, Proto you're right. The purple ones are cool.
I have to be honest though. The chocolate was a nice treat but the candy coating tasted like vitamins.

I saw that headline posted on an FB friend's wall yesterday. It doesn't surprise me, I'm sorry to say, because the Episcopal Church has been going downhill for the past several decades. I do feel sad for the people in that church.I've been on the phone with Mom a lot over the last two days. Apparently TEC voted to allow gay marriages and transexual priests and she is worried about what will happen to her bishop and diocese (which were vehemently opposed). They are supposed to have a big meeting at her parish tonight to discuss what will happen.
I feel bad for her.
I'm in Melbourneyay! Sooooo tired though! Out of spoons (energy/ability to do things) oh well

I'm having issues getting a ride to church since I don't have my car yet, but there is a Coptic church less than a mile away that I may go to in the meantime.
"Back home" is technically non-denom/charismatic house church. She wanted to go to an Orthodox parish after I took her to a retreat to the local monastery... Dad is an evangelical who wants nothing to do with it. TEC was a compromise for them.
