LOL that is what I did this morning too, before heading to work. Only I made chocolate & peanut butter chip cookies. My nephew was even nice enough to not eat them all, so I have some cookies to take for lunch tomorrow.

lol Cool The funny thing is that after I posted about making cookies someone else started talking about peanut butter cookies and added pictures. So now, after I make the muffins of course , I'll probably make peanut butter cookies. lol I have peanut butter to use up so I'll keep that as my excuse. lol

I have my 5 month old son in a baby carrier on me while I am painting a large icon today. He was watching me intently and would giggle with each brush stroke I made. It was so cute and so sweet. Although it could be that he was just being critical of my painting skills.

that would be great. It's not a lucrative career, but it is a blessed ministry for sure. I would be so happy to see my son doing God's work.

maybe he was seeing the angels and saints guiding you as you were doing it. I heard somewhere that when babies laugh or smile when nothing happens that is really funny, it's because they see things because they are still pure.

I think that could be true. My son hadn't laughed at all until two weeks ago, a little late for his age. Our parish had a visit from the Hawaiian Myrrh-streaming Mother of God, which was an amazing experience. On our way home from church, we stopped to get something to eat, and while we sat to eat, he started laughing for no particular reason, and laughing a lot. It made my wife cry to see her little boy laugh for the first time. We are thankful to the Mother of God for our little miracle.

Nope, it's dress blue season till next year!

The whites are lighter, but they wrinkle really easy. The blues are more comfortable, more traditional, hotter than Hades, and have fourteen buttons on the trousers, but I love them anyway.
