Has anyone else noticed that GH seems to have sort of a "flavor of the week", if you know what i mean?
A couple weeks ago, Gnosticism (bodies are bad/evil/a punishment) was all the rage. Tonight it seems to be Nestorianism (Mary only bore the body Christ used.)
I've decided my interest in GH at such times is something like the way little boys are interested in bugs, or something similar: Horrified, morbid fascination.

It's part of the weirdness...
I find a lot of brats to be 'piecey' aka the meat isn't in small enough pieces in the brat. These are not like that at all and are definitely best brats I've ever eaten. A lot more like the brats in Europe than most of the brats here.

That's exactly it. It's the texture. I've tried to ignore it, but I just can't. It grosses me out.

Brats in Europe are far superior to Brats in the US, unless you happen upon a German butcher.

Quoting because it got BOTP'd, and the mandala is pretty, at least I think so.
Having an interesting evening. Andrew has the entire "Blackest Night" story arc of Green Lantern to read, and is absorbed in that, we have the tv on in the background, in between reading he's making tomato, capsicum (red pepper), red onion and garlic soup with pasta, and I'm stitching away on Peter Rabbit.
Also, Greece "mandala" embroidery design - this is the computer generated version, the real one will be more variegated, less block-ey and more sparkly (lots of metallic thread, beads and swarovski crystals)...I'm going to stitch it for Andrew's sister who wants it

Today's worries were the welcome kind. I am trying to train Allie to keep a hat on her head when we go outside. She actually kept it on for about 15 minutes before throwing it off. Yay!
