One of our priests and his family are Puerto Rican and they live a few miles away from us. Sunday we were invited there for dinner and I'm still digesting it!

I lost 7-10 pounds over Lent and so am a little more than a stone underweight and terribly weak right now. I have been terribly busy since Pascha and so have not had time to get to the gym and start getting my weight packed back on. I am decaying. I will be terribly busy this next week and then the week after I have this 3.5 mile charity run thing, so I should actually run around a little bit before then, which only makes you weaker and may cause more weight loss. And increases the potential for injury. Only run for distance if you want to be weak and injured. Anyway. Christ is risen!
