She was able to log on for a while between studying she has big time work ahead of her and she should be done by Saturday as on Sunday we drive back home...

Nutroll,
I transferred the latest batch of beer from the primary fermenter to the secondary fermenter on Monday morning before we left for the funeral. The beer was in the fermenter for 4 weeks instead of just 1 and now I will leave it in secondary fermentation for upto another month before I bottle it. It is a bit sweet so I am going to add more hops (dry hops) when I get home. Anyways, the beer is an IPA and is very strong and very good.

I will be starting another batch of the dopplebock that I gave you at the sacred arts festival some time this week. It will take a month to make so I need to get working on it because we are starting to run low on it. I will make sure to save you a bottle or two of it when it is done.

And I will make sure to drink a bottle or two when it's done. I may have to try to get into this homebrewing things sometime, it seems like it could be fun. My dad used to make his own beer, and with the exception of one really horrible batch, he was very pleased with the results. We should start a TAW homebrewer's association, and then have a beer festival once a year....

I bought stainless steel tables at the Boscovs in Monroeville that is going out of business for use in my beer kitchen that we will be building in the basement. The tables will work great as a counter top and are about 4 1/2 foot long each, which will give me plenty of room for working.

As for the TAW homebrewers association that sounds like an excellent idea! And a beer festival would be an even better idea!

Thankyou! I've been working on it off and on since May last year (I think it was May) so I'm glad for it to be coming together like this. Same scale as the icon (but much smaller in completed size) - 32 stitches to the inch in any given direction. Soooo many colour changes, but worth it for the shading.
