In my fridge I have: Guiness, Pete's Wicked Rally Cap Ale, Paulaner Hefeweizen, Rolling Rock, Saranac Black and Tan, and a few different varieties of Sam Adams.

Argh, I got up on time but my back is hurting so bad again that there is no way I can stand for two hours.

I guess all I will do today is fold a bunch of clothes and then go pick up the hubs finally. I'm so sneaky, I invited our good friend to dinner so they boys can put the range in place and I don't have to lift/scoot anything...

Jenn, you wouldn't belive how much paint I bought yesterday. The brand that I use primarily, Jo Sonja's is on clearance at Pat Catans for $1.00 per tube, when it normally runs about $3.25 per tube.

Jenn: Wish you had come to St. Nicholas today. I had forgotten that this was the day we had our family picnic following DL. What an excellent group of people at this parish. I hope you and Kevin get a chance to visit sometime soon!

I even looked at the page last night to check times and such and saw the picnic. I really wanted to go but my back was just not up for it.... I should have, I assume you guys have pews . Plus I was happy I was home because Kevin ended up coming in over two hours before he expected to.

Yea, as we were leaving following DL, it almost felt as if we rushed through it. Everyone had picnic on their mind, it seems.

Father hinted during today's service that the church will be making some changes in order to progress as a parish. There is a meeting Saturday morning at 10am where the parish council and church members will meet to discuss some of his ideas for the future, and open the floor to additional ideas. I am SO looking forward to this meeting, as Father shared with me during our meeting that he had some ideas to move us further along as a parish, but was taking his time introducing them as not to jar those who began the church 25 years ago with the original pastor.

Sounds like a fun meeting to attend!
