I'm still here in Florida...still hoping to move. That won't happen for a while though because I had to buy a car. I'll need to build up my savings again before I can seriously think of moving. Maybe next summer...

Who knows what might happen though.

Awww! Everyone's going to bed and I have a vacation day tomorrow! We're sleeping in a little before we get on the road to go to WV to visit my parents, and so I can go to my class reunion. I'm not looking forward to the eight hour drive, but I am looking forward to seeing my folks and a bunch of old friends. Still don't know if I should dress UP for the dinner, or go casual. Every other year we all pretty much dressed up a bit.... but now we're old enough that we don't care how we look. LOL

My beautiful, lovely (and climbable!) apricot tree died also. It was old and in the last few years it only gave bad fruit which would fall to the ground and rot. Unfortunately it attracted bees and since I'm allergic to bees, we had to have it cut down.

My daughter use to sit in that tree and read.

My apple tree (well one of them) and both my peach trees are covered with fruit, just as my cherry tree was earlier this summer. The pear tree has no fruit and neither does the grape vine. All of the fruit trees need a major pruning this fall. They are all tall, but none of them are really climbable!

If you don't see me around for a few days - panic not - we are having problems with our Router and the makers want all sorts of tests done - starting with it out for at least 24 hours to see if the connection is still unstable - we are on a Cable system.

This of course will result in a discussion as to who will have the direct wired connection to the Cable Modem - and guess who will lose out
