If the inner earth is also spiritual, it isn't hot. Why would it be? The calculations that heat up the core, are surface based. Since the earth is forever, and spirits are known, biblically to dwell down there, it is spiritual! That nullifies applying the laws of physics there, of course.

This is the conclusion that bible believers must arrive at. Any bible believers disagree?

For the pagan minded, or carnal only oriented, if you will, have you any proof the core is hot iron? Let's see it.

Interesting that the Bible says our life is in our blood, and we have Iron in our blood, eh?

Well, even if spirits do dwell in the centre of the earth, I can't see that that makes the core spiritual...scripture also talks of the spirits of the air...doesnt mean to say they are able to physically breathe with less oxygen. I think it just means they function differently.
Or have I misunderstood the question?

The Bible supports that the earth's core is hot. The Bible talks about those going to hell going under the earth, in one way or another. Some times the Bible talks of "going down to the depths", or the "bowels of the earth.

The Bible also talks about burning in a "lake of fire". The closest thing we know of that to a lake of fire, is lava, or in this case, magma.

Centuries before anyone knew that there was hot magma near the earth's, core, the Bible already mentioned it. Therefore, from both a scientfic and Biblical standpoint, the earth's core must be hot.

Oh yes, of course, |I don't disagree there - I'm just saying that that doesnt mean to say that the earth's core is spiritual, any more than the outer earth is spiritual as such. But as I say, perhaps I'm misunderstanding your point.

The earth´s core and the magma under the earth´s surface are quite different. Also, vulcanism is not something new, nor something that has never been observed before.

So it is no surprise that almost every culture has this view of a hot fiery place under the earth (surface). Old myths even often have volcanoes as entrances to the underworld.

No, they are not. They are mostly based on seismological measurements and general knowledge of physics.

Well, I saw in a field once what looked just like a unicorn - on close observation, it was a donkey with it's long ears pointing forward...against the sun, it looked like a unicorn...so maybe that's what unicorns are LOL

Well, there you go then! LOL....unicorns exist in the same way as mermaids...what people used to think manatees were.. teehee

Well I dont know about THAT! I understand that in the log book from C Columbus first voyage there are two mermaid sightings recorded.
They say 'mermaid" not "manatee". So there you go! Documentation, eye witness account.

Exactly...how do we disprove it?!

How do we know the core is iron?
Magnetosphere.

And before dad replies again: The true answer is leprechauns with Invisible Pink Unicorns. And how do we know it's true?
"I'm right because my theory has been proven right, all conflicting evidence is false, because I'm right. Evey single thing I make up is indeed evidence on my side, because it has to be, because I'm right.
Thus, I'm right and everyone who disagrees with me is wrong."

Ah hoc justification of a fallible interpretation of scripture.

Interesting that the Bible says our life is in our blood, and we have Iron in our blood, eh?
Non sequitor.

Here we see the danger in trying to use interpretation of scripture to answer questions about the natural/physical world. Two completely different answers based on two different applications of scripture, and no way to rationally choose between them. Neither is "The Inerrant Word of God."

Thanks for the demonstration, guys.

Thinking hell actually physically exists under the earth went out of fashion in the 1600s.

You would be surprised what some Christians think.

1) Hell physically exists under the earth.

2) The sun orbits the earth.

3) Life evolved from a rock.

4) Demons actually exist.

5) Miracles happen.

6) There is a supernatural community, with a hierarchy.

7) God cares about football.

8) God has genitals.

9) 1 undifferentiated cell has a soul.

10) God spoke to George Bush, personally.

11) God watches everything they do as if he were in the same room.

12) Science is wrong about everything.

13) God is on the side of the big battalions (wait, wasn't that Napoleon?)

Or maybe you won't be.

If the inner Earth is made of cheese, it would be gouda.

Except that we know there's literally billions of tons of very hot molten rock somewhere under the Earth -- it shoots up every time a volcano erupts. something down there is heating things up.

This is the conclusion that bible believers must arrive at. Any bible believers disagree?

I'd say all of them.

For the pagan minded, or carnal only oriented, if you will, have you any proof the core is hot iron? Let's see it.

Of course it's not hot iron! It's cheese! What else can the pixies eat?
