Forgive me, I haven't read the past posts so I don't know what everybody has said.

But I would like to add my point of view and thoughts, since I'm such a huge Spidey fan.
I loved this movie. I say this one was a little better then the first one, but I love them both equally. I remember thinking what an injustice it was at the end of the first one that the hero couldn't even get the girl. The poor guy had been through so much, why did he have to go through the suffering of denying himself the one he loves? When this movie finally came (and, BTW, I saw the very first showing on opening day

), I was so happy that Peter and MJ might finally get together. I was a little bummed when they were up there on the web and she didn't say something to the effect of, "Let me choose when and when not to put myself in danger!" But she did that later and I was quite happy.
The humour was great, just as good as in the first one if not better and I spent a good time laughing. The part with the pizza was great and so was the scene in the elevator. Classic.
Doc Ock was spooky, but not quite as evil as the Green Goblin. I thought the GG was eviler and ultimately cooler, but Doctor Octopus's costume was much cooler and the fight scenes were more thrilling. Those tentacles actually creeped me out and I was relieved I wasn't the one who would have to go up agaisn't them.
The scene on the train was very touching and I'm so glad it was put in there. I know that never happened in the comics and was changed, it was still great and I loved the way they all tried to protect him.
Throughout the whole movie I wanted to give Peter a hug. I really did. I nice long and big bear hug.
The only comment I have is that Doc Ock never found out who Spider-man was in the comics. Granted, he wasn't really evil in this movie it was the tentacles, I still have to say it never happened. Its something I can easily get over, however, so its not a big deal to me.
Sorry for the long post, I love Spider-man and thought the movie was great. The way it was translated into movie from comics was great and so was the acting.
