Well, tommorow I have to do a speech arguing for democracy..im somewhat ready....still need to look up things though...
But the real problem is talking in front of class..ive had that issue my whole life...Ive been in tears the past few days and now i feel sick to my tummy

There are a lot of things that can take over a person to drive them to do things they don’t want to do. That is why Paul wrote, If I don’t want to do these things, yet I do them anyway… then it is not I who is really doing them, but the sin nature which is within me. He goes onto say that Christ is where the Power is to defeat it… and because it is no longer him(Paul), the new creation in Christ, but ‘the old man’, there is no condemnation for the child of God. That gives us a lot of Power… knowing that we never have to be ashamed of anything.



There is a little bit more to it in how it works.. but basically what I am trying to say is you are no longer a subject to, or a slave of fear. It is no longer your master. You have the right, and Power to rebel against it. Though you may be crushed by it again and again… the difference between you (the child of the Living God) and it, is that God is going to sustain you, and burn it out by His Glory and Fire. He’s going to be fighting with and for you, and against it.



If you do stand up to anything that is trying to keep you in submission by means of fear… it will fight back with everything it’s got. But there comes a point in a real relationship with the Lord where enough is enough. And a man or woman says, “I can no longer serve you (fear, shame, false hope) because you are killing me.” So out of instinct for survival one fights back… and has to soley rely only on the Grace of God to stay alive, not on any works, reputaion, or their own ability to do anything… and in time… all of those things holding you back, that have been sown by the devil through people you trust, enemies, and teachers, parents, and children at school…. they will all burn up.



Because you know the truth… …you know this: who cares what you look like, or how you sound, or even if what you are saying is good in their eyes. You know that the world can not touch your soul. When I speak in front of people… which use to be impossible for me… man, my body is terrified… my mind I mean. It is so used to being treated like a piece of garbage… that is what it expects to receive… not only from the outside, but from inside too. But as I am fed by the Lord, and I get stronger, and the weeds get weaker, I have more and more power to do what I want to do… and that is the will of the Lord… and He wants me, and you, to be Free.



These things can also use physical aliments or handicaps against us. I don’t know you, but there may be something that these things are using against you to keep you submitted to them too in shame. All of that can be broken… And the Lord will do it.



...again, all that mean stuff can only try to keep you submitted to it by lies, crushing shame, and fear. And I say to you, you are no longer obligated to let it control your life. Tell it to go to hell, and pray for God to burn up everything about you. His Fire will destroy every thing but the child of God. Because that child is made perfect by the Blood of the Lamb and is one with the Holy Spirit. Sometimes it just takes time.



So I speak death into all of the things that are taking away your freedom in Christ, to the things that make something as simple as talking in front of people impossible. And I speak Life to the new creation that Lord has made. And I pray for the Lord to Help you be in the right spots at the right times for Him to use people to Help you from now on, instead of the other way around.



I hope all of this helps, and remember, I am just a man too, so I can make mistakes… if this doesn’t have anything to do with you, just know that I a just doing the best I can to help.

Heavenly Father, i pray that you would give Heavenlieisland the confidence that she needs to speak infront of her class. Lord, that you would help her not to worry about what the others think of her, that she may speak with power and conviction. Lord, i pray that she would get all of her strength from you, and give the glory all back to you. In Jesus' name, amen
