Never heard of it. You're from Britain, right?i particularly like it during the colder months..here we have something called 'lobby'..which has nothing at all to do with politics...it's kind of a soupy casserole, very nice.

I can make a good broccoli and stilton soup. Easy peasy and people are always impressed when its served as a lunch or a starter:
1) Boil a few chopped potatoes and a head of broccolli
2) Whiz them in the whizzer with milk and a big chunk of strong blue stilton
3) Back in the pan on low heat, the longer the better.
