Or garlic soup with bacon and bread on the side. Or chinese soup with corn. Or of course: fresh peasoup with sausage. Fresh nettlesoup. Onionsoup. Thick vegetable soup, no chunks. Brussels andive soup... broccoli soup, coliflower soup. Asparagus soup....

Recipe:
- go to your pantry
- Find what vegetables you have canned.
- In my case: can of flageolet beans, and small can of peas and carrots
- Put 'an uncertain amount, but not too much' water in a pot.
- Add partially drained cans
- heat for uncertain amount of time but don't let it boil too long.
- Use 'mixer' or 'blender'
- add one or two cloves
- use mixer or blender again
- add 'about half' of a crumbled stock cube
- let come to the boil
- have delicious home made soup 'the lazy way'.
