No because there is no 'end' in evolution and evolution does not bring time to an end.
Read VERY CAREFULLY what I'm saying: evolution is the theory of how biological life changes in reaction to changes in environment, nothing more, nothing less.

It is what populations of living things do. It started with the first life and is ongoing. Pre-evolution is pre-living things, post-evolution is post-living things.
