3/28/22 -- "Ukraine has pushed Russian forces from Irpin, one of the largest and most fiercely contested towns in the fighting in the suburbs around Kyiv, the town’s mayor said Monday, though Ukrainian soldiers and police said pockets of Russian combatants were still holed up in some locations. Oleksandr Bogai, the deputy police chief of Irpin, said in a telephone interview that fighting continued but most Russian troops had retreated to the north."
