Lots of interdependent moving parts.
Not quantifiable. If you want to calculate "odds" you are going to have to use a mathematical definition. I'm not sure what use it would be to you--many significant changes in morphology (such as mammalian forelimb to bat's wing of the previous example) do not result in an increase in complexity.

Just the coordination between eye, wings, ears, feet, voice, and brain when catching prey on the fly are pretty complex.

The complexity of a bat is found in the sum of all its parts as they operate in coordination with each other. Same for all creatures.
Sure. And the parallel evolution of related components of a complex system is well-understood and does not present a problem for evolutionary theory.

Lots of interdependent moving parts.

That's a very loose and VERY BAD definition of complex.
By that logic, a computer mainframe, which has almost zero interdependent moving parts, is not complex.

Evolutionary theory is very complex.

What I don't get is why people, religious people at that, think that God isn't smart enough to invent an evolutionary system which will produce that coordination.

That's one definition of dozens available.

Why would God need such a system? Regarding such coordination I plead irreducible complexity.

I didn't and don't want dozens. I wanted your definition.
But, agreeing with Speedwell's comment, it's mad how you seem to think that God is somehow so powerless that he can't create complex things through evolution.

I don't see why he would. What's the point?

To show how amazing His creation is and how wonderful and amazing life (as in living being life, not life life) can be.
But seriously: why should the all powerful God be hamstrung by what people like yourself think? Why is it that, in spite of all of the evidence we find in His creation, nothing supports your claims?

At first glance a ladybug and rhinoceros seem to be wildly different.

Okay, so what?

It still doesn't change the fact that there are characteristics that unify all biological forms on Earth. Including ladybugs and rhinoceroses.
