sola scriptura, sola fide, sola gratia, solus Christus, soli Deo Gloria... the five solas.

Are these in line with Anglicanism? I’m not so much interested in official dogma, I’m more curious about people’s personal piety... so who here accepts these five solas and what brought you to that conclusion.

Renown Anglican Bishop, John Ryle (JC Ryle), held firmly to reformed doctrine including the solas. I highly recommend his work. He was a very gifted teacher and pastor.

Thank you for your answer. I’m trying to keep an open mind, I’m interested in truth and some of what I have read on this forum is challenging some of my decades long held beliefs.

For me, it would depend what you mean by Sola Scriptura. I've seen different takes on it. I do think tradition, reason, and even experience are important resources for Christian life and faith.
