Really? Age has nothing to do with what people have been through.

Oh please. He's 23... I'm 50. I've been married more years than he's been on this earth. Don't try to tell me in his 2-3 years of marriage he's been through as much as we have in 27 years. I'm not saying people in their early 20's have no experience... but get real. It doesn't compare to someone in middle age with grand-children. I have been where you are, but you have never been where I am. But do tell me when you get there!

He is also my husband. May I ask why you are being rude? If you read my previous post you will see that I explicitly said that yes I know we haven't been through a lot compared to alot of people, but that is no reason to believe that we still haven't been through things that would be hard on anybody regardless of age. Despite the age difference we are still adults, not children, and I would appreciate being treated as such.
