  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I always like to wake up to a coffee made in my espresso maker. Usually done in a small cup. Sets me up properly for the day.
I've got Yorkshire Tea for quietbloke.
Just need to know what musicalpilgrim would like to drink.
I think I've got some biscuits somewhere!

Aaaah I can smell the coffee, I make it in a coffee maker and I love the smell in a morning. I love biscuits but they don't like me in the morning as I get acid reflux. So I have apples or pears, problem solved.

I'm planning to go out walking later this morning, so need a bit of a caffeine for a kick-start. Otherwise it's never going to happen! lol

I used to be totally hooked on coffee and even had it late in the evening. It used to mess with my sleeping pattern. Sometimes I would have it to try and force myself to stay awake when I really needed to sleep - and would end up seeing and hearing things. I just have one cup in the morning now at home and sometimes the occasional one if I am out going out somewhere like a coffee shop or a friend's house.

I try to keep to 3 coffees. :rolleyes:
Then I have tea in an afternoon. :)
