I do know that if you limit your water intake in the evening several hours before you go to bed, you are less likely to have interrupted sleep due to a full bladder. For too cold or too warm, try taking a cinnamon capsule or two with your last meal. This tends to regulate your blood sugar and may help minimize the colds and the warms.

I usually go take a "dip" before I go to bed ^^ and then I sleep straight until well my alarm rings or my stomach starts groaning ... hehe
When I go to sleep I am totally warm in bed and so I always cover my upper body and then in the morning I get cold cover myself somehow without waking up ;D and then I am alright. I mostly sleep 6-8 hours nowadys mostly 7 hours.
