A follow-up from this thread: Medication

So I've been once again working on going off two meds that aren't helping me. What a terrible experience it has been.

I had trouble going off one of them in the past even when reducing the dosage by quarters, so I tried reducing it by sixths this time. I had no issues until I tried to go below a certain amount, so then I tried splitting that amount in quarters. STILL having withdrawal symptoms for over a month now; I can't sleep at night and my usual symptoms are worse.

The other medication was similar. I had no issues at first, but whenever I try to go below the same amount I can't sleep AT ALL. My doctor seems to think I should just deal with it. I don't know what to do (this one is a capsule and can't be cut).

I'm also expected to start a new medication once I'm done with the first one I mentioned, which will be either tonight or tomorrow. As always, I'm scared about side effects.

Please pray for these withdrawal symptoms to go away and for me to find a way to get off the second medication I mentioned. Please pray that the new one will actually help me and not harm me, and that I'll be able to find something else that will actually help me. I'm getting desperate and losing hope.

Please help Multifavs with this situation, either by wisdom, endurance, or having the new medication work so they can get off the others. Please help their doctor to understand what is going on.

Thank you all for your prayers, please keep praying. Nothing has changed. Still having withdrawal. There doesn't seem to be much I can do about it. I took one dose of the new medicine my doctor gave me, and it made me so anxious that I could hardly sleep that night, so I didn't take any more. My doctors keep giving me meds with side effects so scary, I don't even want to try them. I keep praying for God to lead me to the right treatment, but all I get is dead ends. Once again I'm beginning to doubt that I'll ever feel better.
