I might nap during the day off and on but not very recuperative.

I have fibro and/or CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome).
Testing had not been conclusive. Blood tests seem good.
Doctor knows I definately have a hard time functioning at times.

I had enough years of service in at work so I retired early.
The doctor had been after me for years to make a work change.

So you could likely see me logged onto CF or other sites I visit most anytime of day or night.

I know there are others of you who have difficulty sleeping.
Come on in.

I sometimes have difficulty sleeping, but that's only when I don't want to go to sleep.

At certain times of the year, I suffer from very bad dreams, and so I find it difficult to go to sleep because my mind knows what will probably happen. Usually, once I wake up from a bad dream, I don't sleep again that night.

I don't sleep hardly at all. Last night I got two hours, which is very low I know, but really didn't feel any worse for the wear today. I usually average between 4 and 6 hours a night.

I'm totally amazed. Had a terrible no-sleep night two nights ago, but have been sleeping 7 or 8 hours (WOW) a night the past two nights. Oddly enough, my back aches, but otherwise, I'm feeling soooo refreshed. Sleep is good.

Yeah, I wake up with a sore back too whenever I sleep more than about 5 hours. Very strange.

There's just something about night time that makes me wake up, like I'm nocturnal or something!
I didn't go to sleep at all last night and I feel fine.
It takes me ages to get to sleep and when I do get to sleep, if I'm not woken up I'll just keep sleeping and sleeping :S
I also get nightmares and night terrors alot.

I hate sleeping, it gets in the way of my social life.
