CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm taking a break. Don't know for how long but I am taking one. I'm sorry for the PM's and visitor messages that I haven't replied to... I'll get to that when I come back. So yeah, I wont be gone too long. Maybe just until I get finals over and done with.

I think I am going to take a short break from CF, at least through the end of the semester. It's probably best that I have as least distractions as possible, so I will be leaving temporarily just to further insure that I finish this semester strong. God be with y'all.

After 7 years and going, it is time to move on. This site just isn't what it used to be for me anymore. Not because of the site itself. Not because of staff. Not because of posters. No ill feelings towards the site and no ill feelings towards anyone. Bored with CF these days. I went through a break earlier and the only reason why I came back is cause I was bored. Did not have any thing else to replace it with...until now and I would rather go there. So, while this is number who knows of breaks, saying goodbyes, take care to all and I hope the best.
