Hi everyone.

Just thought I'd share a quick story about how God uses things that the devils intends for evil, for His glory.

My church use to run a local Chritian radio station here in town that played christian hard rock, rap, etc. Well, because of financial reasons, we had to sell it to a national Christian radio station. Anyway, one of the DJs from our old station (who is a member of our church and is so ON FIRE for Christ) got a job dj-ing at the local secular, hard rock station (this station sponsors things like wet t-shirt contest and the like). He only plays Christian hard rock (its not promoted as Christian hard rock or anything because ) and guess what...the listeners LOVE his music! He has one of the top shows!

Little do his listeners know that seeds are being planted in their spirits about the redeeming love of Christ.

Now, how cool is that..

Yeah this the second time for me. There was quite a bit of time between this time and the last time. When I went back my friends told me not to expect much. I am older and my memory might not be up to the younger students. My first test I was 2pts off of a perfect score. That semester I pulled 3.45 gpa. Not perect but good enough yes I do get distracked by gal's in shorts. That's why I was not perfect. I have been pulling 3.25-3.45 for the past 3 semesters

Mom is doing ok. Does not like the food. But everytime I have been there the food is good, better then what I could do.

It's kind of snowing right now.

Gals in shorts....in the snow??? Good for you keeping your grades up! Can you bring Mom some better food?

Mom is doing ok. Does not like the food. But everytime I have been there the food is good, better then what I could do.

I wonder if it is just to see if you will help her to eat better if she asks you...she may just want some more love and attention. Not that you aren't giving her that, but when you get older that becomes more important, and even the most rational people will do things to get love and attention. Can you bring her something from a restaurant she used to like a lot? Maybe that will make things a little better for her.

It was in the first post, the OP. That post is now gone. Don't know what happened. I saw the "test". There was nothing wrong there. Maybe the site it was on was bad. Don't know. As I said, oh well. It was funny, trust me. LOL

You bet about gal's in shorts, the ones I know that live on campus always seems to wear them. Building are either conected or the dorms are close to the other buildings. So a walk is not very far. I even seen guys in shorts around here too.

Men in shorts too? Hey, too early to be thinking about that. How nice of you to take Mom some egg rolls! Well, she is a better woman than I am, I can't even touch my tongue to tabasco sauce, I would cry ....I can't deal with spicy food, it doesn't like me, it burns my mouth and stomach. Anyway, I'm glad to hear your Mom is doing well, and you are having a great time at school!! May you walk in God's grace as you take your tests and study, He will watch over you!

Had the test last night. I just need it to get going and do the snow thing... I use to put a good shot of it in V8 juice, to give it a little body and some legs. You gotta try it....
