CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm Timothy too! I got here 4 days after 2Timothy2, so that makes me the real 2 Timothy 2. Of course I think I'm older that he, which would make me the 1 Timothy 2, but you can all call me hopper. LOOKIE! A LYING SCONCE!
Say, did any of you take that insane test posted here: http://www.christianforums.com/t1291055-are-you-insane.html? It took me a while, but eventually I saw lots of stuff that wasn't there, was it? I'm here now, so I think that means I past it, right?

Haven't been here in a while so I decided to "pop" in and say "Hi"
Hi Timothy. Welcome to the Single's Cafe. Come on in and sit a spell.
I've been sick of late, so I've been scarce on the boards for the past two weeks. (Hate being sick.) I'm almost in the clear. Just have to get rid of a snippen of a cough and a little of the "icky" stuff in the throat then I'll be right as rain.
Praying everyone is all good and right with the world.
Gots to go check on my other subscrips.
