Seriously. I walked in the room long enough to hear Obama try to tell women that Romney wants to deny them contraception and I was done.

So what else is going on?

Well, the debate is now over. You can watch TV again.

The President told the truth on Libya. MSNBC aired the videotape later. He called it an act of terror in the rose garden the next day. Romney was the one who was lying, or shall we say, "misinformed".

Great debate for Obama. Romney was wrong on the facts all night and had to resort to hectoring the moderator, hectoring Obama, and basically acting like a jerk, and I think the American people saw it, whereas Obama was confident and assertive while remaining likeable, and right on the facts.

Romney just couldn't explain how his tax plan was deficit neutral, because it isn't, and he knows it isn't. He also talked about "binders full of women" and, of interest to Catholics, flip-flopped on requiring employers to offer contraceptives. So, anyone who thinks Obama is against "religious freedom" because of the contraception issue, now in good conscience must say the same of Mitt Romney.

Good night for the blue team. Night and day different from the first debate.

Statement by the President on the Attack in Benghazi | The White House

No, Obama and Candy lied. Obama only referred to terror at the end of the speech and NOT in reference to this attack.

He then went on Letterman and Univision and all these other programs saying it was NOT a preplanned attack but rather based on a stupid youtube video. Susan Rice was on 5 different Sunday talk shows saying the same thing.

Stop drinking the Koolaid.

Watch the video here:

President Obama Speaks on the Attack on Benghazi | The White House

The President goes on well beyond the canned press release, and at 4:17 he references "No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation". At 4:28 (Within seconds) he says "Today we mourn four more Americans...". Clearly he's referencing these deaths as victims of an act of terror.

Now, did we also think there was an element of protest going on there as well as an act of terror? Yes, we did. And now the reporting is proving out that there were both things going on simultaneously. At first it looked more towards the protest side, then like it was just preplanned terrorism, and now the latest is that it looks like both. But the President always maintained that the deaths were an act of terror, whether they coincided with genuine protests or not, they were terrorism, and that's what he said from the beginning.

Mitt Romney looked pretty stupid up there trying to refute that. Maybe he should try telling the truth for a change.

This is interesting:
The State Department security officials who testified before House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa's panel Wednesday never said they had made their requests to the president, (Ben) Rhodes pointed out. That would be natural because the State Department is responsible for diplomatic security, not the White House, he said. Rhodes also pointed out that the officials were requesting more security in Tripoli, not Benghazi.

If Obama had called it a terror attack why did he send the U.S. Amabassador out to call it "just a protest about the video", and 14 days later tell Joy Behar on the "View" that he didn't know if it was a terror attack, and why Obama went to the United Nations afterward and made a speech mentioning *six* times that it was the result of that video?

If Obama had called it a terror attack

Alright, I'll say it again.

Watch the video here from the day after the attack:

There is no "if" here. Obama called these attacks "an attack of terror" from the word go. It's right there. Watch the video.

Now, did the administration feel there was some sort of protest element to this thing? Yeah, it sure seemed like it. But the President was clear that it was an act of terror, protest element or no protest element.

It's admirable that you're trying to show people the truth, but it's a lost cause.

Some people will believe what they want to believe even if the truth smacked them in the face.

You should have hung around, about a minute later Romney told America that he would ensure all female employees could get contraception whether their employer had moral objects or not.

Romney evidently supports the HHS mandate.

Since Romney has already told the nation that when he becomes president, he will repeal ObamaTAX and defund Planned Parenthood--there goes your idea that he's for abortion.

BTW the House has already voted to repeal. And all we need in the Senate (for repeal) is four more seats.

Looks like the election not only means a finally recovering economy and jobs as well as an energy policy that actually works but babies lives and the lives of the elderly,

....there goes your idea that he's for abortion.

Umm, he's said several times in recent weeks that there are cases in which he does believe that women have a right to choose to abort their child, and he has stated that he will, if elected, not move to restrict access to abortions. How can you state that he isn't "for abortion" with a straight face?

How do you figure he will see to it that all women have access to contraception? Last night, Mr Romney said that "Every woman in America should have access to contraceptives." What is his plan for ensuring that that happens, and do you think that he will make sure that these women only get access to non-abortifacient contraceptives?

Thank you in advance for your sincere, honest and direct answer to these questions.
