Well, they intertwined at the bar, for one. If you look at Cartigan's story you can see Marv and Jack at the bar together. And Frank Miller has more talent in directing than Mel Gibson has in anything he could possibly hope to achieve. Mel Gibson has money, not a vision.

Actually, Frank isn't much of a director. He's a writer and artist. Quite a visionary as well.

meh..Marv would have died in the fall down the stair case when running from the cops not to mention all the bullets he took to the forehead etc. This was a cartoon like "The Hulk," of which I didn't see at all. I wasted a whole half hour watching this **** called "Sin City" man o man.

You only saw a half hour of it? And you pass judgement?! Man you REALLY don't have any idea what you're talking about, lol! I can now feel good abot disregarding everything you say about anything cause you probably don't know anything about that either. So sad.

Then you can't make an objective opinion about the film as a whole. You can say that the part you saw sucked, but you cannot say the whole film sucked unless you watch it in its entirety.

Anything that that Tarantula touches is not "intelligent" as all the liberal secular critics covet to uphold but a wordly mishmash of chaotic I-ism poop..you know, me this and me that - I make my own way and pull up my own boot straps darwinistic bunk..I know it's a comic and comics do these kinds of self talking which is why I despise them unless it is Peanuts or some of what's found in the Sunday paper. Hey, if you like that superhero stuff, then by all means, throw you money (or your mom's) after it and watch it.

Anyway I am looking forward to seeing Sin City this weekend. For those that have enjoyed the graphic novels as well as the movies is it good to look into them before seeing the film, or is the film fine to watch as a stand alone project?
