It was at the request of the Synod District Committee with whom I was interviewed yesterday. They thought it might be too compelling to spend time here when I should be in the books.

You do know that their sole job is to scare the absolute hell out of you in an attempt to make you rethink your decision. Kinda like the Devil's Advocate thing.

Okay everyone, Since it is my last week here for a while, I am proposing a good old fashioned virtual picnic potluck. I will supply the Beer and Soda. Those whose last name begins with A-H bring Chips and Dips I-O bring meats for the Barbie, P-T bring Salads U-Z bring Deserts.

We will have the potluck from Wednesday through Friday of next week. Also Bring your appetite.
