I enjoyed getting to watch my granddaughter too opening her presents, I'll have a new granddaughter too. My daughter in law is due Feb 6th but it could be earlier, the dr. may put her in and induce labor.

It was the middle of the night, and that's all I saw. Other than the subway.

Very, very cool! I saw Paris with a co-worker. The most romantic city in the world and I saw it with a co-worker!!! The Louvre, Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elyses...I told Morris that while I surely liked him well enough...experiencing Paris with him was a real downer!

Where else did you go? What did you see? Hope you had a good time!

Great Pics Maria. My Wife has been to Russia (12 years ago now) She was in Moscow and St. Petersburg to finish up her minor in Russian languages.

We are hoping to get stationed as Missionaries in Kazakhstan or Kyrgystan which used to be part of the USSR or CCCP

there was...not so many anymore...there were a lot of folks staying at one of the closed down AFBs here...I think there is still about 100 or so folks there...when Andi and I first got here we would see someone we knew from Beaumont about once or twice a week...and we would see a lot of Louisiana licence plates...we see very few now...

I will probably go back down to Mississippi to help again, whenever our church and another Lutheran church meet to discuss things and when to go. I wouldn't even mind going to New Orleans.

Happy Birthday!

I'm in the school computer lab right now. I have three Paraeducator classes left! Yay!!!
I did a fitness test yesterday- I can lift 76 lbs. with my biceps. I've also gained another pound, hopefully muscle. My back flexibility hasn't improved- I'm trying to work on that. We've got a physical fitnness/ nutrition push going on at PACES right now.
