Can someone here tell me how you acknowledge a post with the prayer hands? I see no such option anywhere within the thread post block - and would like to use it when visiting this section.

If you are using a device with a pointer, you just hover over the "Like" button of the post and the "Prayers" response will appear as an option, among others. For touch devices it will be the equivalent, probably a long touch.

On your phone, just press the like button and hold it down . All the options will appear for you.

Thanks for trying Zippy2006, but no go here. On my Android tablet, there's no hovering. Once I make contact with the like icon, it's a like only as I just did to you. I wonder if no one adding the prayer hands to a post here is not on their phone or tablet using Addroid.

Thank-you Maria. After 9 years of using Android tablets, I've never seen such an action; it was either touch or not touch. For here at least, yes, holding the touch does in fact display the icon I've been seeking for years here. Thank you oh tec wise one.
