I'm a 22 female living down in the cities of Minneapolis. I have two great parents and two older brothers. I'm the youngest. I have had short hair for about three months and recently got my hair even shorter on the sides. As people say I have a really tight fade on the side and longer hair on top. I'm a Christian and I'm by no means perfect. When I showed my hair to my mother I was all upbeat and happy but she was very mad. She asked me what I was trying to prove and that her girl should look like a girl. I love my hair short and I don't think I look like a guy. Now my older brother is saying I look like a guy as well and that I'm seeking attention. Also, I'm changing but not in a good way. That the world is consuming me and I'll soon be doing drugs and pronouncing I'm a different gender all because of my hair. I just feel this so silly to be fighting about this with my family. Also, when I started to talk about Jesus my brother said: " quite pulling the Jesus card". What is that post to mean? I feel pretty and confident but why does my family have to be so mean.
