Sounds like you've listened to a lot of juicy narrative and been quite swept away by it.

It's simply wrong to spread lies and deceive people. No good will come of it except to prove the liar wrong. To that end presenting factual evidence is not the same as spinning a narrative. Nor is Loving God with all my heart mind and soul and loving others as myself a narrative. Through acknowledging God's Christ I have received of the Holy Spirit Who instructs me, and it is God's Word that speaks against the slandering of others.

Based on your many posts about slander, it seems to be based on who the perceived slander is coming from and who it's directed at.

There is an obvious flaw in any such conjecture posing as an unbiased analysis, because as a matter of fact, slander of itself is wrong behavior no matter who engages in it and any honest person knows that and admits it. In this case Trump definitively claimed the election was stolen by the "radical left".

Bias would dictate it's slander when coming from party A, but truth when coming from party B.

The call for unity is being said on both sides, but I can guarantee, and scripture concurs, that people can only truly unite by agreeing on what is true. The common faith in the Spirit that Loves others as oneself is where unity truly exists.

Those who have eyes to see the Kingdom of God will therefore speak differently than those who do not. Congruent with that theme is the fact that Positive prejudice displays a righteousness by grace through faith; and to the contrary, a negative prejudice is cynical and unrighteous.

So, while I understand your sentiment that slander will form out of negative prejudice and that this can happen on both the left or right, I must point out that, as a matter of fact, bias does not define nor dictate what is slander. Slander is simply saying bad and damaging things about others without any proof, and the labels of left/right are therefore irrelevant. It's wickedness to even want to believe bad things said about others.

Debatable ... lots of questions need to be addressed about the matter. It's early on ... not everything has been disclosed ... we have to wait and see what else might be disclosed about it.

What about this event changes anything for you? Is it because you think Trump is going to be a better president because he can get a hit of adrenaline, and pump his fist in the air after suffering a minor injury?

It has nothing to do with his injury... it has to do with the fact that someone tried to murder him, that he went through an assassination attempt, and instead of acting brashly and violently and childishly, he continued to encourage people...

and the fact that you have the audacity to overlook that and claim that people care just because he got hurt and because simply of adrenaline is childish...

Now thinking about it, I think what happened on Saturday more or less convicted me on my own thoughts about what I should be doing not just as a Christian but as a human being who does care about this country... I do care about this country, I hate what Biden is doing to this country, I think he is leading this nation to be more in line with a one world government, and that's the last thing I want for this country... and when I look at what Donald Trump wanted to do, or wants to do, with the country, I'm 100% behind it, because the last thing he wants to do is to give up sovereignty of this nation to a governmental force that does not have our best interests at heart.

Jesus called the Pharisees and the Sadducees Whitewashed Tombs, broods of Vipers, and the blind leading the blind... I don't walk on egg shells for any one. I call it like it is. I believe we are in the end times, and I also believe that Joe Biden is the fulfillment of the 3rd seal that is mentioned in Revelation 6. I don't care if people disagree with me, my allegiance is to Jesus Christ, not Biden, not trump, not Vivek Ramaswamy, but to Christ and Christ alone.

If someone is right, I will say out loud that it is right. If someone is wrong, I will say that they are wrong, and if someone is evil, I will call them evil.
I will never compromise my faith for the sake of unity.
