Shatterd dreams

Dear loved one please listen
As I pull at mi hair
I think
I cry
I wonder wat it would’ve been like if u where still there
Its gone
My dreams
I pray
I cry
The pain
The emotions
This is harder than I thought
I cry out to u
Seekin help
But all I found was pain
It cut me
Deep inside all I wished for was someone like you
But its gone
Everything
Nothing
gone

Not bad, not bad at all. A little vauge at times, but for all I know that could be intentional. I wasn't sure how to read some of it, though. I'd suggest editing in some punctuation. A much overlooked aspect of posting here, yet a most important one if you're looking to perfect your writing.
