I love this Psalm especially for a morning meditation although I am sharing it this evening.

Ps.100 Verses 1 to 4

Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the lands!
Serve the LORD with gladness!
Come into his presence with singing!
Know that the LORD is God!
It is he that made us, and we are his;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him, bless his name!

Psalm 25

All the families of the nations will worship him

Everyone will bow down to him,
all who will one day die.
30 The people in the future will serve him;
they will always be told about the Lord.
31 They will tell that he does what is right.
People who are not yet born will hear what God has done.

The precepts of the Lord are right,
giving joy to the heart.

The commands of the Lord are radiant,
giving light to the eyes.

As I typed this the rising sun shined through my window and into my eyes almost blinding me. I had to shut the blinds...but it still shined through the cracks so that I could barely see. My husband hung a couch throw over the blinds and now I can finish typing this; but this made me think how really radiant the commands of the Lord are...Thank you, Jesus...

Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy;
no shadow of shame will darken their faces.
I cried out to the Lord in my suffering and he heard me.
He set me free from all my fears.
For the angel of the Lord guards all who fear him, and he rescues them.

Taste and see that the Lord is good.
Oh, the joys of those who trust in him!
Let the Lord's people show him reverence,
for those who honor him will have all they need.
Even strong young lions sometimes go hungry,
but those who trust in the Lord will never lack any good thing.
