I have a brother that went through a phase of teasing the dog across the street until it was totally insane with rage and my brother would just laugh his head off. It angered me and I wanted to sneak up and let the dog loose. I couldn't 'cause I knew he would have ripped my brothers throat out. I told my parents and they talked to him. He did grow out of it and has had many dogs over the years that he dearly loved. But I know that if that dog had ever got ahold of him, he would not have continued to laugh. He would have deserved it, but I still couldn't do it to him.
That idiot paid a heavy price for enraging that bull---I know he may have asked for it, and it certainly isn't the bull that should be punished, but I feel bad he was that stupid!
