Upon first glance I thought that the rainbow was a giant bubble and I was so confused. Apparently you guys just have perfect rainbows down there. Good shot!

I have a picture when I was a kid of me chasing chickens. They chased me back lolol thought they were going to kill me.

Holding baby ducks is the best. When I was a teen we held them over the water and they used our hands as diving boards.

Chickens aren't so bad. Only a few of the ones we had were more aggressive.. and they weren't that aggressive. Most of the ones we had were super friendly. Sometimes it depended on the breed of chicken. We had one breed that was super curious and would go on adventures all the time.... They were the ones that seemed to be independent of the pecking order for a long time.

I may or may not have been chased by flocks of ducks as well.. But I can't remember for certain. We have a lot around here at the lakes and as a kid why would you resist running towards them?

Longer answer: And they only place I like to meet a chicken is on my plate! Yes, it's harsh. But I do not like them otherwise... it's the talons and the beaks and the eyes... *shudders*

I see other people giggle while holding baby chicks. I have had kids bring in and hold chicks. Heck, I went to a farm last year with my class and all my students took pictures holding a chick. But did I take a picture? Did I hold the chick? Absolutely NOT. I smiled nicely and told them to pass the chick along... if they wanted to hold it.
