I don't need to convince myself of anything, you are still promoting Atheism on a Christian forum having lost your faith. You may think of yourself a special case but you aren't. You are just pushing the agenda of atheism.
Here is reality, some cant handle those who disagree with their personal faith and they need to put negative labels on those who do and create strawmen. It is all there, plain as day.

You believe in and promote the godless philosophy of a godless universe. That is your belief, faith in the doctrines of doubt. You cant escape belief. You aren't simply neutral, don't care, stay off my lawn, rather you are here on a Christian forum promoting Atheism and battling faith. There are even Atheist that tend Unitarian services, its the strangest thing!?!? We can see that Atheist aren't particularly honest with themselves. :)

Typically Atheist pick smaller, homogenous, mostly white Scandinavian countries that are currently a part of the secular experiment, to imply that such secular countries are in some way superior due to their non-religious status. And secular citizens in those countries inherit the values that their former religious ancestors had passed down to them anyway, values that had been preserved by their former religious institutions. And personality is from God, morality is an innate endowment of human mind. The secularist congratulate themselves on their disassociation from religion or belief in God while in fact you are guided by the very same moral compass that comes from your creator. The prodigal son wondered around putting on a show for while.......

Translation=you are right so we are snarky.

You dont get it, you dont understand philosophy 101, its not about having the right belief (whatevere that could even mean).

There is a wealth of human thoughts and history in moral philosophy. Read Kant, Kirkegaard and the other classics and you will learn what morals and faith are.

Wow, that was some rant. Did you have a point to make?

Merry Christmas to you too.

And for the record, a week from this Sunday we'll all be saying: HE IS RISEN! and hearing the reply: HE IS RISEN INDEED!

So? The fact that Christians are celebrating Easter this time of year does not mean Christianity is true.

Atheism offers people the doctrines of death.

Oh, very good. You've taken a few examples of people using atheism to gain power at the cost of human life, and then tried to imply that because of that, atheism must be bad.

How about this: For every example of someone causing harm in the name of atheism, I'll post an example of someone using religion in the same way. How about that? Which of us will run out of examples first?

The difference is, yes those people were Atheists, but the atrocities committed were not in the name of Atheism, or to promote Atheism per say,...on the other hand.....

He really, really needs to draw that conclusion though, his beliefs depend on it.

Well they can tell THE FATHER..."but this is what I have"

People of every religion say that those of other faiths will have to face up to the truth of their religion.

You still haven't shown that Christianity has anything unique.

I don't think that the average Atheist is any more moral or immoral than the average religionist frankly. It was you who implied that predominantly secular nations had lower crime rates.
