As Judaism evolved they eradicated pluralistic deity concepts. They also had a very difficult time believing that Melchizedek was an incarnate celestial who made the agreement with Abram. So they had God come down and talk with him directly.

Hebrews 7
You give half the story.
Who was called a high priest in the order of melchizadek?

You discuss melchizadek in Hebrews 7 but he was simply a shadow and figure as a sign pointing us to CHRIST...

The Barbarian said:

Romans 1:20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

Paul gives limited permission for natural theology.

Barbarian chuckles:
That's not what he says here.

That is exactly what he says there.

It's not remotely what he says. (I took the liberty of restoring what you actually said)

Paul was writing at a time when the ministry of Jesus was within living memory.

Barbarian asks:
And your scriptural source for declaring a limit on when tradition is acceptable is...?

My limit is the first couple of decades of the second century at the latest.

So nothing scriptural? See, you don't believe in sola scriptura, either. You just prefer your own non-scriptural ideas.

If Judaism were to write another book today what would they do with Jesus?
Completed Jews or Orthodox Jews?
The ones that don't believe in Jesus, the Orthodox.
As I understand it, the Orthodox Jews say the doctrines of Christianity led to nonsensical conclusions.

So to make it make sense, Christians manufactured three false doctrines to keep itself from imploding:

1. The Trinity
2. The Resurrection
3. The Second Coming

So to answer your question, I think they would write a book on this subject.

Did your imaginary friend write a world famous book?

Ah, so you think the Koran is real then, since it was written by a real person? Or was that written by someone's imaginary friend too?

Ever have one fall on your head?

That real person was a false prophet.

Just like the BOM, it was written by a real person.

Ever have one fall on your head?

What does that have to do with anything?

That real person was a false prophet.

Oh, but your book was written by REAL prophets. Of course.

Just like the BOM, it was written by a real person.

So we can agree that a false book can be written by a real person.

Sure. Because you feel it really really strongly!
If and when you get out of your own way and receive the spiritual rebirth, then you will understand what we mean. Until then there are innate spirits of the Cosmic Mind that you benefit from and use all while rejecting the existence of the spirit.

You asked if the Koran was real.

If the Koran wasn't real, then what fell and hit me on the head ... a dictionary?
KTS said:

Holy men of God, to be exact.

2 Peter 1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
KTS said:

Yes.

The technical term for it is: fiction.

Indeed, Melchizedek is considered by many and diverse Biblical scholars to be a mystery man. You can see his importance as a priest of the Most High, of monotheism.

Either that, or He was a Christophany: a preincarnate manifestation of Jesus Christ.

I didn't say that I didn't know who the mystery man is, his full name is Macaventia Melchizedek. In my theology he was an incarnate celestial being, a type of Son of God under the authority of The Son of God, aka Christ Michael. He incarnate as a full grown man 1,973 years prior to the arrival of his master, Jesus. He was the forerunner of Christ, he established a monotheistic religion and converted Abram to his cause in anticipation of the coming of Christ.

"He was first observed by mortal man on that eventful day when he entered the tent of Amdon, a Chaldean herder of Sumeriann extraction. And the proclamation of his mission was embodied in the simple statement which he made to this shepherd, "I am Melchizedek, priest of El Elyon, the Most High, the one and only God." UB 55

I don't know, their Hebrew names were Mishael, Hananiah, and Azariah. Then they were given Pagan names. I don't really see much in Danial beyond apocalyptic rantings. As for the man in linen there are speculations. I have no opinion.

Stop again.
I am talking about three "entities" whom Daniel spoke about

I told you Gabriel, Michael and the "man in linen" who is the one who commands Gabriel to give Daniel the meaning of his dream and who is also the one who has michael help him because he was detained "21 days"

That is the one I asked you about

His name is not Michael, or Gabriel

And I wasn't discussing three men: shadrach, Meshach or Abednego

You stop! I said I don't know who Daniel is talking about. There are speculations about who "the man clothed in linen" was.
