POTUS just signed this declaration:
https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/presidential-proclamation-national-preparedness-month-2018

Being prepared for disasters is prudent and common sense. But knowing the desperation of the Deep State and the upcoming midterm elections in November, is it possible that he is anticipating a false flag attack of disastrous proportions? What do you think?
I think that people shouldn't be starting conspiracy theories about a clearly defined, logical, and responsible Presidential Proclamation.

It would be impossible to carry out a false flag of disastrous proportions in the United States. The US is too large. The best anyone could expect to do would be an attack on an oil refinery or part of the power grid. Attacking an oil refinery would do little more than raise gas prices for a few months, while an attack on the power grid would cause small to medium power outages lasting a few days.

In any event, either of those as a "false flag" would be impossible to keep secret. Pulling it off would take too many people and eventually someone is going to talk.

The best "prepping" for a anyone would be having maybe two weeks food and water on hand in the event of a natural disaster, which would cause much more damage than anything anyone could plan to carry out.

But I still hold out hope for a zombie apocalypse just for the entertainment value. I'm just hoping for The Walking Dead type slow-moving zombies rather than the really fast ones from Dawn of the Dead. I don't run like I used ti.

A question is neither a theory nor a conspiracy.

EMP's can be done on a large scale. I remember when the entire east coast had a power failure because the electric grid connects to Canada and an overload tripped the system.

I believe that the President considers something to be a big threat to the USA as a whole and without giving security details, is trying to warn us without panic?

September also happens to be the height of the hurricane season, and is also big for tornadoes still in other parts of the country.

I support this. We have all discussed in this forum how the more our neighbors are prepared, the less threat they are to us and our stock piles, and the better we can work together. Maybe use this proclamation as a segway to find out your neighbor's attitudes and education levels?

Without becoming political, let's know that there is now documentation that it wasn't the Russians (only?) but Chinese who gained access to top secret data in real time through the former senator hillary's server. We also lost in-country spies because of that, people who had hand's on/eyes on plans by that country. They are massively more 'advanced' in technology as graded on wide-scale capabilities and intent.

You know, once a year the amateur radio operators have a "Field Day" by all who can, on the last full weekend in June. It's a hands-on experience where we drag our emergency communication equipment out to the boonies (or at least outside) and don't use ANY electric or facilities to operate our usual ham equipment (radios, antennas, amplifiers, microphones, keys). It's done as a contest, seeing who can contact the most other hams in the most different parts of this country and other countries...

I might suggest that we consider this month now a time to "pretend" at least in our minds surviving on what we actually have prepped. Inventory food and meal planning, water storage, first aid, fuel? etc
.

What an excellent idea! Your comment is very well stated and thought out. Getting more people prepared will certainly reduce civil unrest in a disaster. By the way, according to Q, the Chinese did not hack Hillary's servers, she gave them the data as part of her Clinton Foundation pay for play program.

Yes, we need to be part of the 1/3 of the population that survives if even an EMP hits... EMPs over the whole country. And prepared to spread the Gospel of Christ should we be the only Christians in the group.

I'm not physically strong enough, but I will find others who are, to help me. I have the know-how on much... and I've always been good at telling others errrr instructing others on how to do things . :D
