It is true it is all about worship. Under the old covenant the peoples hearts were hard. God told Moses the Israelites would soon desert him once they reached the promised land. In such circumstances, it is natural they were required to set aside one day a week to worship and meditate on God, being thankful for all he does for them
However, under the new covenant God dwells in you through the Spirit, our hearts have been softened. You cannot fail to meditate daily on one who dwells in you. And for the true Christian they will be grateful every day of the week for what God has done for them through his son. They will rejoice equally concerning this seven days a week, and instinctively meditate on Father and Son every day the same. They do not need a law instructing them to do it, they want to do it in their hearts. The spiritual intent of the fourth commandment is upheld seven days a week in born again believers, hence rom14:5
However, this means nothing to those who follow after the written code rather than the Holy Spirit, those who look to where scripture states the law is not for born again believers. For they made the wrong choice by following after the written code/law written in ink rather than the Spirit. So they cannot discern spiritual truth, as they chose not to be led by the Holy Spirit. I will probably be accused now of preaching no one should read a bible, why would I not be surprised. It is the bible that showed me the law is not written in ink for the believer, but by the Spirit of the living God it is written on tablets of human hearts
