The one question I have for SDA is the sabbath. How is it observed? It is observed all day Saturday, because biblically that is incorrect?

Keeping the dietary laws and the Sabbath may be rescinded, but Romans 14 shows us to not treat them with contempt as they do so unto the Lord - not against Him, and God will honor them if they do as they believe.
Look at Romans 14:2 and compare it to the beliefs of Ellen White.

When the apostle John uses the word "commandment" he is not referring to the Ten Commandments out of the Old Covenant, but tells us here what commandments we are to follow that Jesus preached. This goes for all his writings, including Revelation.
1 John 3:23 And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment.
John 15:10 If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.
Two sets of commandments. Jesus lived under the law, to fulfill it and bring us to a New Covenant based on belief in Him. Jesus didn't rise on Saturday, but on Sunday. Why? Not because he was resting as Adventists believe, but to show He represents eternal life - the 8th day.

It is a legalistic Christian denomination (not a cult) whose main difference is they keep the 4th commandment keeping the Sabbath from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday. They also keep the dietary laws of Leviticus 11, so they don't eat pork or shellfish, and most don't even eat meat at all and are just vegetarians, some even vegans. It is also a holiness denomination and don't wear jewelry or makeup, though they allow diamond studded watches. No tobacco, alchohol, movies, playing cards, or dancing.
In the early days of the denomination which came out of the Millerites movement, a young woman named Ellen G. White had visions, and became the demonination's prophetess. Her writings are obeyed and called the Spirit of Prophecy.

Pork is also prohibited in the Bible in the book of Deuteronomy

A similar prohibition is repeated in the Bible in the book of Isaiah chapter 65 verse 2-5.

4. Pig is one of the filthiest animals on earth
The pig is one of the filthiest animals on earth. It lives and thrives on muck, faeces and dirt. It is the best scavenger that I know that God has produced. In the villages they don’t have modern toilets and the villagers excrete in the open air. Very often excreta is cleared by pigs.
Some may argue that in advanced countries like Australia, pigs are bred in very clean and hygienic conditions. Even in these hygienic conditions the pigs are kept together in sties..................

Correct based on Jewish law. However if any SDA drives to their place of worship they are breaking the sabbath, because driving, biking, blading, skateboarding or other device-driven means of transportation are prohibited on Shabbat, Jews walk rather than commute to synagogue. However, even walking on Shabbat has its limits.From sundown Friday, to sundown Saturday - then party!

William Miller was a Baptist preacher who predicted that Christ's Second Coming would occur in the year 1844. Once the day and year arrived, nothing happened, and many people left the Millerite movement, and this event became known as the Great Disappointment.
However, a man by the name of Hiram Edson claimed to have had a vision and said that Miller was right about the date, but wrong about the place. According to Edson, 1844 was not the time of Christ's return, but rather the beginning of the next phase where he moved to the Most Holy Place, where the investigative judgment began. Many Christians, particularly those of the Evangelical variety of Christianity criticize this doctrine as lacking its origins from Scripture and instead invented as a way for the Millerites to save face. Since that time, Adventists have produced work defending the investigative judgment and the sanctuary doctrine purely with Scripture.
William Miller himself admitted he was wrong, but still believed that Christ's return was soon.
Was Miller a false teacher or prophet? Did he have good intentions or would his destruction have been swift? To me, if he was a false teacher or prophet, he seems to have repented from that, and is therefore safe from destruction.
Does this Adventist doctrine have any basis in Scripture, history or tradition, or is it a uniquely Adventist invention?
There are a lot more problems with the Mormon religion that have nothing to do with their prophet. A little misleading ImHOCould be for the same reason the Mormons are called one, their prophets/prophetess?
