I plan on heading to the Highlands next weekend. Lochinver to be precise for the Assynt games on saturday. I used to live there when I was a nipper and haven't been up that way in about 3 years. Looking forward to seeing the place again.

Thank you, Puppy, I would love to make it over there one day. My nana didn't tell me much at all about her life in Scotland, but I get the People's Friend Magazine each week, which is from Scotland. It always features a place in Scotland that would be good to go and visit. I guess my Number 1 place would be to visit where my nana and her family came from, then meander on from there.

my gran used to get the peoples friend i shall have to check it out one time soon too as we always end up visiting the same places, it would be nice to visit somewhere new for a change

Euro 2004. England vs France. england were winning but zidane scored the winning goal with a terrific free kick which shattered the english wall. Don't you watch football?! It was like the best game of the year!!
