My opinion > yes, what you are saying could be paranoid . . . at least somehow > and I'll offer my personal reason why, going with scriptures >
First, you are not paranoid to see that this world is evil. And yes there is conspiring, because Satan's kingdom has conspiracies in various ways, not only what conspiracy people are claiming. Because Satan is the father of lying > John 8:44.
A main conspiracy of Satan's kingdom is not stuff like the claim of a faked moon landing or the government conditioning people.
The real conditioning problems are stuff like training people's attention to stay with the media and news and advertised enjoyments and politics, versus staying attentive to God and how He personally rules each of us in His own peace.
"And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful." (Colossians 3:15)
And there is Satan's conspiracy to train men to evaluate women by what they look like, not to make sure with God and be guided by God in how they relate with women and whom they marry.
And there is the conspiracy to keep people's attention tied up with looking for and proving conspiracies which do not exist. And if certain conspiracies really do not exist, then ones trying to prove them never will, and so their attention will stay "there" to no end . . . versus first staying attentive to God Himself and submitting to Him all the time in His own peace.
Even if every claimed conspiracy does exist . . . I myself am not a personal Christian witness to those claims. And Satan's people are liars, by nature, even lying about who Jesus is; so I can't be sure about things they say. And I have to assume whom I can trust, if I do not personally know a claimed witness. And does this have my attention first to submitting to God all the time in His peace?
And am I attentive to learning how to love each and every person the way Jesus wants? >
"if you love those who love you, what reward have you?" (in Matthew 5:46)
Jesus doesn't say to keep looking around at all the evil; Jesus says "look up" >
"'Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.'" (Luke 21:28)
So, when these evils "begin" > "look up". Right away, "look up and lift up your heads". I think this means to start by being uplifted because of God who is our most real circumstance and atmosphere in His love.
Another thing > if God really considers the unborn to be people, then our attention is being tricked away from how millions of . . . people . . . in the United States have been murdered in abortion places, for years . . . decades, I suppose. But when three or four people get shot . . . all of a sudden the ones into killing unborn Americans can make a major turmoil . . . while they are killing so many more, every day.
And you point out how there are shooters who kill themselves after doing a "mass murder" of fewer people than one team might kill in one day in an abortion place.
But there is what I call "suicide of love". If I kill my unborn, I am killing someone with whom I could learn how to love. And I am cooperating with unloving people who are pressuring and tormenting me to become a killer. So I am killing my soul from finding out how to love. The suicide is not only physical, but of my soul.
But notice how attention is taken away from this, including by a lot of people who claim the Bible. So, do people really believe what they claim, about the unborn being people in the eyes of God?
If people let Satan play their attention, it looks like we can be taken anywhere, and not even see the main problems. Ones just do not give attention to the killing of millions of unborn, just do not pay attention to how men are so deeply degraded that they evaluate women by what they look like, then become hooked on porn . . . so many claiming to be Christians, yet unable to deeply love a woman so our attention stays to this, instead of merely using women for pleasure.
The gender confusion and ways of preference for pleasure and abortion and porn and mass shootings are a product of how people with children don't even know how to relate the way God's word says. So, children grow up not knowing how to love, then they can break down to all the stuff we see. Unsure and unstable love is pandemic so people do not know how to love, and therefore they did not benefit from being home with each other during the COVID pandemic. Ones are not satisfied by love; but they are trying to find love, instead of starting satisfied with with God in His love so we can't be tricked into all the nonsense of trying to find what many people do not have.
Paranoia has us mainly concerned about our own selves, our own country, instead of caring about others as ourselves. And with this comes keeping records of all the evil and trying to expose it so we can defend ourselves against it. So, paranoia has us on the defensive and attentive to how things are going for our own lives.
But "faith working through love" (Galatians 5:6) has us attentive first to God, and therefore so encouraged because of God. Then discover all the good He has us doing in sharing with Him and one another as His family.
But my paranoia has me mainly isolated with myself and what I can boast that I can do to expose . . . someone else's evil . . . and defend myself against it - - versus exposing my own self, then denying myself and taking up my cross daily and following Jesus (Luke 9:23) . . . my attention to Him and how He is able.
